The Department of MCA organized a social outreach program titled “Brain Bloom: Learning Through Play” at Makkala Dhama, Bengaluru on 28th, June 2025. This initiative was led by Second Semester MCA students to promote learning through interactive and playful methods. Makkala Dhama, a development centre for around 450 girl children, provided the perfect setting for this engagement.

Activities included logic games, math puzzles, brainstorming sessions, and team-based challenges. The children responded enthusiastically, showing curiosity and joy throughout the sessions.
The MCA students gained valuable insights into community service and inclusive education. Staff at Makkala Dhama praised the structured and impactful nature of the activities. The event successfully blended education with empathy, leaving a lasting impression on both students and children. It strengthened the bond between the institution and the local community.
The Department of MCA plans to continue such initiatives to promote holistic learning and social responsibility. The outreach marked a meaningful step in student-led community engagement.
