The talk focused on structured planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination in operating system development. Key topics included requirement analysis, milestone planning, risk identification, and documentation practices.

Ms. Yazhini emphasised the importance of collaboration among development, QA, and testing teams to ensure smooth integration. Students participated in an interactive Q&A and a hands-on activity analysing real-time OS scenarios, mapping dependencies, and proposing solutions. She also shared insights from her role at LG Soft India and offered mentoring support for placement readiness.
