The Department of Master of Computer Applications at NHCE was established in the year 2002 and offers Master of Computer Applications and PhD programs.
MCA course provides a very strong foundation in IT fundamentals for the future-versatile IT professionals.
The department makes efforts in interacting with industry for the development of students and to strengthen the department.
The department inculcate Ethical, Social values and Environment awareness by participation in Co- curricular and Extra-curricular activities.
Department of MCA had organized an Expert Talk on “An Insight into Servicenow Platform and Corporate World” on 29/02/2024. The resource person for the event was Chandana K, Associate Software Engineer, Computacenter, Bengaluru and alumnus of the Department of MCA, NHCE. The speaker highlighted the features and functioning in “ServiceNow”, a cloud-based platform.
