Department of MCA in association with ITC Infotech had organized a guest lecture on “Predictive Analytics with Salesforce,” on March 10^th 2025. The guest talk aimed to provide students with a deep understanding of predictive analytics and its business applications.
Ms. Sai Pranati, a Software Developer and Tester at ITC Infotech, shared her expertise in Salesforce Development, Database Engineering, and cloud solutions. She discussed how Salesforce utilizes data-driven insights to enhance customer relations, sales forecasting, and operational efficiency.

  The session included interactive discussions, real-world use cases, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions. Key topics covered were the introduction to predictive analytics, the role of data science in business intelligence, Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI Integration, Predictive Modeling for sales and customer insights, and case studies on successful implementations.
