Training on Application Development Using Openshift Container Platform

About Industrial training:

On 07th February 2020, Faculties of the MCA Department attended an Industrial training conducted by ANZ-RMZ at Ecoworld, Bengaluru. The training was conducted by Mr. Nagesh Subramanyam, Senior Architect at IBM, Redhat Openshift.

Content:

In the training, the faculties were given an insight on various aspects related to Container Platform. The trainer focused on various layers of open shift Container Platform and their practical implementation in the project. Red Hat® OpenShift® offers a consistent hybrid cloud foundation for building and scaling containerized applications. Benefit from streamlined platform installation and upgrades from one of the enterprise Kubernetes leaders. Red Hat OpenShift includes Prometheus, the standard for cloud-native cluster and application monitoring and gives administrators a single place to implement and enforce policies across multiple teams, with a unified console. OpenShift helps teams build with speed, agility, confidence, and choice and offers automated installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management throughout the container stack.

The faculties were provided a knowledge on the application development using open shift Container Platform and they learnt the following:
