Technical Quiz Titled – Tech Minds
Description
“Tech-Minds” gave us opportunity to conduct different levels and rounds that dealt with technology-based questions. The entire event was precisely divided into two main rounds. Each round was planned with a purpose of letting everyone be aware of the importance of having a strong foundation in technical skills, which is mainly targeted when it comes to the industry, also with a perspective of testing each participant’s knowledge about existing software and technical skills.

The event “Tech-Minds” was held on 4th December, from 3:00pm – 4:00pm in Online platform, Google Meet.
Objective
As our other events, we FOSS club, teamed up to carry forward our agenda of conducting another event from our club, that gives an opportunity to improvise our technical skills.
Content
“Tech-Minds” gave us opportunity to conduct different levels and rounds that dealt with technology-based questions. The entire event was precisely divided into two main rounds. Each round was planned with a purpose of letting everyone be aware of the importance of having a strong foundation in technical skills, which is mainly targeted when it comes to the industry, also with a perspective of testing each participant’s knowledge about existing software and technical skills.
This program stood as our successful event of this year solely conducted by the FOSS club members from Department of MCA, NHCE.
Every event needs a complete support of the department and as always, we made sure about the involvement of student coordinators and participants. Participants went through the following rounds as part of the event.
Round-1
The first round was comprised with quiz. It was conducted in online platform, Kahoot. This round had 25 questions and 10 seconds were assigned to each question. Those who completed the round within 10 minutes and scored the highest were nominated to the next round.
In the second round, participants were given 20 questions with 10-20 seconds each. The questions were related to logo recognition, finding the famous figures, technical questions, also quotes and taglines of various companies. Participants who scored the highest were declared as winners of the event.

Third Place: Satyendu Panda, 3rd Semester MCA
