Objective:

On November 30^th 2021, 2:00 pm through Google meet we had an Expert Lecture session(Webinar) on “Exploring Data Structures & Algorithms using Kotlin” which was conducted by Ms. Snehalata  Vajjaramatti. This program was hosted by Department of MCA, NHCE. It was held for students of MCA – III semester,  to get insights on Kotlin by using Data Structure and Algorithms concepts.

The talk gave the brief and clear explanation of Data Structures & Algorithms like Searching and Sorting. The demo was given for live examples by using the Searching and sorting which were discussed and explained. The example was very useful and gave an idea of how the students can easily create their own projects using few concepts in Kotlin.  The speaker of the session gave a brief idea of various algorithms and its implementation in Kotlin.

The talk was very briefly arranged in a very clear way that it was very easy to understand. This webinar was extremely useful and beneficial as it gave the knowledge of Industrial working on Algorithm concepts. The event has also given an idea of importance of Kotlin tools and their use in the industry. This talk was a very good opportunity to learn about the new concepts emerging in industry in recent years and their growth in future.

Conclusion:

The session was very effective and helped students to grab more knowledge in Kotlin and the functioning of it with various algorithms. It will definitely be helpful for their future projects.
