Industrial Visit to ExcelR
On November 8, 2025, the Department of Master of Computer Applications organized a student visit to ExcelR. A total of 87 third-semester MCA students, accompanied by four faculty members, participated in the full-day visit. Upon arrival at ExcelR, Mr. Raghavendra Sarala, Sr. Manager at ExcelR, welcomed the students and conducted an interactive session in the conference room. He introduced ExcelR’s role in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. Students learned about ExcelR’s industry-aligned curriculum and project-based learning approach. The session highlighted the use of modern tools and technologies in skill development programs. Students gained insights into career enhancement opportunities, placement support, and corporate partnerships offered by ExcelR. The visit emphasized how skill-based education complements classroom learning and prepares students for real-world challenges. Key discussions included trends in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Full Stack Development, Cloud Computing, and Digital Marketing. Students also understood the importance of practical exposure, continuous learning, and upskilling in a fast-evolving technological environment. The visit concluded with students appreciating the relevance of industry-ready skills for professional success.
